1. Account set-up on Provider's Web server, including domain name registration.
2. Additional site features (such as online bulletin boards, interactive calendaring, online forms, etc.) can be added for small additional fees. Quotes available upon request. Samples will be provided upon request.
3. E-mail handling for the domain will be provided. E-mail addresses the CLIENT designates; e-mail "alias" so that mail directed to "info@yourdomain" can be received and replied from your own e-mail account OR direct access can be provided for mailboxes on the server itself (up to five (5) mailboxes per account).
4. Site usage/traffic reports will be auto-generated and available online for review once the site is operational.

BASIC WEB SITE MAINTENANCE - $40 per hour

• Updates and minor text alterations to your pages including link editing; minor graphical changes and as an added feature, automatic link verification
• Your Web site can be stored on another ISP's server; FTP access information must be provided.

When sending the material for your web site:

1. All textual-based data must be supplied electronically, either via electronic mail (e-mail) or via FTP, or on a CD, in one of the formats shown below:
   • Microsoft Word, Rich Text Format (RTF), Tab-delimited ASCII text (for columnar data), ASCII text, Microsoft Excel, Adobe PageMaker.
2. All material must be ready to be posted with correct grammar and punctuation and proper usage of copyrighted or service-marked proper names.
3. It is recommended that any documentation that must keep its original format and appearance be supplied (and presented/served from the site) in Adobe PDF format. If the person supplying such documentation cannot convert to this format, a hard copy should be sent to the Webmaster in order to preserve original appearance. This would include forms, newsletters, brochures, etc.
4. All graphics and images are to be supplied using the same media. Contact Webmaster regarding specific formats.

Turnaround Time - Our standards of service are as follows:
